Times:
Tuesday October 12th after 4:00pm or Wednesday the 13th any time before 3:00 pm.
Tear down time: Friday 15th any time after 11:00 am
Vendor hours: Wednesday the 13th 3:00pm – 5:00pm “Vendor Social” 5:30pm – 8:00pm
Thursday the 14th 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday the 15th 8:00am – 11:00am

All breaks food will be served in the Vendor Area

Vendor Sponsor Levels

Gold ($2,200): includes booth, one registration and 3 additional vendor registrations, ad space in booklet, social sponsor
Silver ($1,600): includes booth, one registration and 2 additional vendor registrations, ad space in booklet, lunch sponsor
Bronze ($1,200): includes booth, one registration and 1 additional vendor registration, ad space in booklet, snack sponsor
Standard ($750): includes booth, one registration. Additional vendor registration $250 per person

Vender booth includes 8’ x 30” table and chairs. WIFI is available for all vendors throughout the conference center area.
If a hard wire is needed – this can be added for a minimal fee. (See enclosed layout of exhibit area): (17) available)

You can send us 250 informational flyers and/or goodies that we will place in every
Attendee’s conference packet

UGIC has all participating attendees fill out a vendor form. The form is marked off by each vendor. Once this is filled out the attendees are eligible for the drawing at the final lunch of the conference. UGIC donates many items but vendors also donate items to this drawing. This can be any item the vendor would like to donate. Example: shirts, computer equipment, hats, or any other items they would like. Donations for door prizes given on behalf of your organization Yes No

Each vendor is given thanks for their donations during this lunch. This is a fun event!
